Tasting at The Apis

Ring Join us on Saturday, January 31st, for a classroom-style tasting where we will explore several RARE & RESERVE SELECTIONS from Old Fitzgerald, including both a 9 Year and 11 Year limited release decanter, and also an antique bottle of Old Fitzgerald's 1849 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottled in the early 1970's!
This event promises a ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME LINEUP for even the most discerning Bourbon enthusiasts!

This event features a facilitated tasting from 3:30p - 4:30p. These rare & reserve bourbons will be accompanied by small bites, courtesy of The Apis culinary team. Seating is available by advanced ticket purchase only, and a limited number of allocated bottles will be available for purchase on the day of the event. Tax & Gratuity calculated at checkout. Join us on Tuesday, April 7th, for a very special classroom-style wine tasting with winemaker John Hamel of Hamel Family Wines.
With philosophies rooted in organic & biodynamic farmings, John leads a winemaking team that is focused on producing unique expressions of wine with a deep sense of place. John and his team apply a micro-terroir-based winegrowing approach in which the vineyard and winemaking practices are adapted specifically to the volcanic soils across Hamel’s vineyards.
As a family-owned and managed winery, the team at Hamel makes decisions that ensure the enduring quality, balance, and health of their vineyards for generations to come.
