Forthave Spirits Tasting
& Masterclass

2:30p - 4:00p | Sat, Jun. 29th

Join us on Saturday, June 29th for a matinée spirits tasting & masterclass focused on the distillation and production of small batch botanical spirits. Presenting at The Apis––all the way from Brooklyn, NY––will be Aaron Sing Fox and Daniel de la Nuez, founders of Forthave Spirits.

Aaron & Daniel use only plant-based ingredients in their spirits, with a library of botanicals that includes over 200 different types of herbs, roots, barks, leaves, flowers, fruits, and seeds –– and from that collection, their small batch spirits are born. They macerate in stainless steel tanks, use no artificial filtering agents or artificial colors, and the only sweeteners used are raw organic turbinado sugar or raw honey from Upstate New York. Almost all the of the ingredients are USDA organically certified––and the few that aren’t, have either been grown by small farmers without certification or they have been wild foraged.

Forthave Spirits was a James Beard Award Semifinalist in 2020 for Outstanding Wine, Spirits, or Beer Producer.

This event features a facilitated tasting from 2:30p - 4:00p. Seating for this event is limited. No entry will be allowed without advanced ticket purchase, and select products sampled will be offered for pre-order on the day of the event. Advanced tickets required.
