Join us on Friday, March 20th, for a very special wine tasting with Sergio Germano—Serralunga d'Alba native and current President of the Consorzio di tutela Barolo Barbaresco Alba Langhe e Dogliani!
Sergio's story––and that of his father and grandfather before him––is the story of three generations of Germano men in love with the land on which their vineyards reside. Come hear about the Germano winemaking legacy, and taste through these exceptional expressions of hand-made wine direct from Piemonte.

Join us on Wednesday, April 1st, for a very special wine tasting with Justin Spaller of Chromatic Wine Co., as we share a number of selections from one of our all-time favorite producers, Envínate!
Envínate is the passion project of 4 like-minded winegrowers and oenologists who met at university, and who have followed their passion for traditional and non-interventional winemaking to the Canary Islands and other lesser-known regions of the Spanish mainland.
Deeply textured and cerebral, their winemaking style has captured the imaginations of an entirely new gerneration of wine-lover, and we're so pleased to be able to offer these wines at The Apis Hotel & Restaurant in Downtown Kenosha.

With philosophies rooted in organic & biodynamic farmings, John leads a winemaking team that is focused on producing unique expressions of wine with a deep sense of place. John and his team apply a micro-terroir-based winegrowing approach in which the vineyard and winemaking practices are adapted specifically to the volcanic soils across Hamel’s vineyards.
As a family-owned and managed winery, the team at Hamel makes decisions that ensure the enduring quality, balance, and health of their vineyards for generations to come.

With a base of production centered in Dogliani, in the south of Piemonte, Italy, the Pecchenino family is now in it's fourth generation of winemaking. Focused on the production of traditional Dogliani wines of Dolcetto, the family now also produces Nebbiolo, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Alta Langa (traditional method sparkling wines).
