Join us at The Apis on Tuesday, June 2nd for an evening designed to help you slow down and reconnect, led by our friends from Align Wellness Collective.
Thisexperience begins with a one-hour Pilates class led by Toia, with focus on mindful movement, strength, and flow as the day comes to a close.
Following class, enjoy a complimentary drink of your choice at the bar and indulge in a thoughtfully styled grazing table filled with light bites and charcuterie.

The Wines of the Ricasoli Family
(Chianti Classico) at The Apis

Join us on Saturday, June 6th, for a very special classroom-style wine tasting featuring the historic wines of the Ricasoli Family (Chianti Classico).
The Ricasoli family is a family of ancient Tuscan noble lineage. They are documented as the barons of Brolio Castle in the Chianti region since 1141. Renowned for producing wine for nearly 1000 years, they are central to Chianti Classico's history, and their current generation has lead a renewed effort toward sustainability & quality in the vineyard.

This event features a facilitated tasting from 2:30p - 3:30p. Wines will be accompanied by small bites, courtesy of The Apis culinary team. Enjoy Rooftop hangs, a curated menu of whiskey drinks courtesy of Five Trails Bourbon, complimentary cigars courtesy of the team at Tenuta's Deli, a buffet dinner prepared by The Apis Culinary Team, and a raffle & silent auction –– with all proceeds to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha.
