Wine Night w/ Sebastiano de Ferrari
of Poderi Boscarelli (Tuscany, Italy)

Join us on Thursday, July 23rd, for an intimate classroom-style wine tasting featuring special guest Sebastion de Ferrari of Poderi Boscarelli (Tuscany, Italy).
Sebastiano represents the fourth generation of his family, who steward the Boscarelli farm, and who have dedicated their legacy to the production of fine wine in a small corner of Tuscany known as Cervognano di Montepulciano.
The Poderi Boscarelli estate is the true “cru” of Vino Nobile, nestled among olive groves, broom bushes and oak trees. From this terroir, generations of the De Ferrari Corradi family have committed themselves to bringing forth the aromas and pure character of the Sangiovese grape, locally called Prugnolo Gentile, to reach its most elevated expression. The goal of Boscarelli is to globally elevate this historic appellation of Tuscany through exceptional winegrowing and winemaking.
This event features a facilitated tasting from 5:30p - 6:30p. Wines will be accompanied by small bites, courtesy of The Apis culinary team. Seating is available by advanced ticket purchase only, and all sampled wines will be available for pre-order on the day of the event. Advanced tickets required.

Join us on Saturday, August 1st for a matinée Wine Tasting at The Apis Hotel & Restaurant featuring one of our very favorite import portfolios -- Vom Boden!
As many of you know, the wine world is vast. And there's so much great wine available to us. But the quality of wine coming to us by way of the Vom Boden team is so awesome that we typically just say "YES!" and take everything that we can get...
But what makes Vom Boden so special, you might ask?! Well, like all great things, Vom Boden started small. They are a small company, focusing on small growers, from small pockets of the wine world. Their portfolio is mostly positioned to represent growers from throughout Germany, as well as small estates in Austria, France and the U.S.
Joining us on the Rooftop will be Vom Boden's Midwest sales manager Colin Moody, along with his/our pals Justin & Anna Spaller of Chromatic Wine Co. (based in Milwaukee).
So grab a few friends, grab a few tickets, and come explore some wine from some of the greatest winemaking souls on planet Earth!

Join us at The Apis on Wednesday, August 5th for a sunset pilates session, led by our friends from Align Wellness Collective.
This one-hour pilates session is led by Angie, and designed to coincide with the summer sunset. Following class, enjoy light bites, complimentary refreshments, and time with the collective.

Join us on Thursday nights in July for the newest addition to Kenosha’s karaoke scene ––Thursday Night Rooftop Karaoke at The Apis!
Go-T Entertainment will be emceeing the night, with first karaoke performances starting at 8:00p. As always, the evening is FREE & open to the public, with Beverages be available from our Rooftop Bar, and a delicious menu of a la carte Food available from our Rooftop Grille through 9:00p!
